How do i check Ingredients of the product?

What if i order something and it is out of stock?

Unfortunately, due to popular demand, some items do sell out quickly online – if you see something online that you want to have, be sure to snap it up quickly!
If you do happen to miss out, contact us at and we will let you know if the item will come available again.

Once we get a shipment of new stock and it becomes available for purchase, you will be sent an email informing you of the available new stock.

How do i change the quantity of a particular item in my cart?

First, click on the “View Cart” link in the upper-right corner of your computer screen. This will allow you to view all items currently in your cart, as well as the quantities that you have chosen for each item.

To change the quantity of an item in your cart, move your cursor to the box that appears under the “Qty” header for this item and type in the quantity desired, then click the “Update cart” link.

Once you do this, the quantity and associated amount will automatically change and reflect the correct amounts for both the quantity and the cost.

How do I Remove items from my cart?

You can delete any item in your cart by clicking the “Remove” checkbox to the left of that item and then updating your cart with the “Update cart” link.

How do i add Items to my Cart?

Choose the product from the category page and you will be taken to the product page, choose the color, size, and quantity and then click on “ADD TO CART” and the product will be added to the cart.

If you wish to checkout, click on the cart button on the right-hand corner and proceed to checkout or you can continue shopping.

How do I view my Shopping Cart?

To view the contents of your cart, click on the “View Cart” icon in the upper-right corner of your computer screen.

Once you click on this icon, you can easily change the quantity you want to purchase of a particular item in your cart by updating the quantity listed and then clicking the “Update cart” link.

You can also delete any item in your cart by clicking the “Remove” checkbox to the left of that item and then updating your cart with the “Update cart” link.

Where is my order confirmation?

This is automatically sent to your email address when you place an order. If you haven’t received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please get in touch at just in case there’s a problem with your order. Please check your mailbox’s spam or junk folder before contacting in case the order confirmation has been diverted there.

Why has my order been canceled?

We typically only cancel orders if there’s a problem with stock, or if you’ve asked us to cancel. Please accept our apologies if your order is canceled because of a problem at our end. We’ll always offer an alternative product and process your refund in full, as quickly as possible.

How do I cancel my order?

There is only a short amount of time between when you place your order and when we start processing it. If you contact us straight away after ordering, via, we may be able to cancel your order before it’s processed. If not, we’ll despatch your order and then you can return it to us if you wish upon receiving it.

When will my order arrive?

Once your order is placed and processed, you would receive an email confirmation that includes all the relevant details regarding your order. Please know the shipping times for your order can be found on our Delivery & Return page.

I entered wrong item/shipping address, what should i do?

If you have entered the wrong item/size, or even a wrong shipping address in your checkout, and the order is already placed, contact our staff within 12 hours, with all your relevant details so that our team can promptly resolve the issue.

If, for whatever reason, you have failed to notify our team within 12 hours of placing your order:

Incorrect address: Still notify us, we will do our best to change the delivery address if the order hasn’t been delivered already. Or contact the address where you have sent the address. Only they will be able to return the package to you.
Incorrect item: You will have to wait till you receive your items and then return them to us.

In both cases, we are not responsible for the delivery charges if you incurred any.

Can I track my order?

Yes. We’ll provide updates at every stage of your order, from the moment you place it, through to despatch and delivery. In your delivery confirmation emails, you’ll receive a tracking reference which you can use to check the progress of your order online.

Do you deliver to PO Box, BFPO and APO addresses?

Unfortunately, we don’t deliver on PO Box, BFPO, and APO addresses.
You will need to provide us with full residential or commercial addresses.

Will i be charged customs and import tax?

Unfortunately, Jad London cannot control any customs charges or import duties that are applied to your package by your local customs.

What if nobody is home during delivery? Do i need to sign for receiving?

We understand that you may not be available to receive your package. A signature is always required for the parcel.

You can always track your package with the tracking code from the courier company. If you cannot track your parcel then email us at and we will track down your parcel.

What time can i expect my order delivery?

Delivery times are usually between 7 am to 9 pm, local time. However, it can vary according to the country and the courier service.

Once you have received the tracking number and shipping information. You can call the respective courier company to schedule delivery at your preferred time during business hours on the weekdays.


What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover. We only take payment once your order has been shipped. We also accept payment by PayPal or Klarna. If you decide to use either of these two methods, you’ll be taken to either the PayPal or Klarna website, where you’ll be prompted to log in and process your payment. You’ll then be directed back to our website once your transaction is complete.

How secure are my credit card details?

All credit card transactions on the website are processed using a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment.
These details will be fully encrypted and only used to process card transactions that you have initiated.

What currency exchange rates you offer?

International standard exchange rates apply at the time of the payment.

Is ordering online safe?

We accept online payments through the most secured and military-grade encrypted payment platforms

When do you charge my payment card?

Your card will be charged immediately when you place an order. Please make sure you have enough limit on your credit card, else the transaction would decline.

How do i know if the order is successfully placed?

Once you have placed an order, you will receive an email confirmation listing all the relevant details of the transaction. Please make sure to check your spam folder as well.


Can I return or exchange an item?

We do not offer a refund or exchange due to hygiene issues.

If the item is defective, we will replace it or provide a full refund.

My order has arrived but it’s not as I expected. What can I do?

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or faulty, please take photos of the product in question and email our customer service team via with the details. We’ll respond within 48 hours.

Promotions & Discount Codes

Do you sell gift vouchers?

Yes, we do. These are issued electronically by email and each contains a unique reference number. Our gift vouchers are ideal if you’re not sure what to get that special person in your life. Simply buy a gift voucher instead

How come the promotional code is not working?

Some of our promotions will provide you with a discount code and they will expire after the promotion ends. The discount code will become invalid once it expires.

Discount codes can only be applied to full-price items. Discount codes cannot be applied to sale or clearance items.

I cannot login to my account, what can i do?

Email us if the login page gives you an error other than ‘incorrect password’ or ‘incorrect email’.

I have forgotten my password, what can i do?

If you have forgotten your password, then click on the ‘forgot password’ button on the login screen. You will be asked to enter your email address on the next page.

Once you enter it and hit send, you will receive an email to change your password. Open the email, and click on the link to change the password. Another page will open where you can type in your new password.

Hair Oil Information

What does the Hair Oil smell like?

It has been described by a selection of testers, that the smell is Woody, Herbal and Floral.
A brilliant unisex smell that is kind to the nose.

How do you use the hair oil?

We recommend you do a test patch 24 hours prior to using the oil.
Massage the oil into your scalp for 5-10 minutes with your fingertips. Aim to coat 
your entire scalp with the oil, including the back of your head, hairline, and any bald or troublesome regions. 
Apply oil to the length of your hair, making sure it is well covered. If necessary,
section the hair. Keep the oil in place for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight for optimal results.

Then, using a light shampoo, thoroughly wash your hair. 
Repeat this procedure at least twice a week. 
Beards and brows are both safe to use. It's best if you use it within 6 months of opening it.
Store away from direct sunlight in a cool, dry place.

Please keep in mind that the hair oil contains coconut oil, which turns into a solid when exposed to cold conditions.
Warm the bottle for a few minutes in lukewarm water until the coconut oil has melted.


Where can the Hair oil can be used?

You can use the oil on your scalp, beard, and eyebrows. Do not use on eyelashes or genitals.

How many times do I need to use the oil?

We recommend using 2-3 times a week over a period of at least 3+ months.
It has been proven the more you use it the better the hair journey results.

Can i use Hair oil on Children?

Our hair oil can be used on children aged 3+.

Is it safe to use on coloured or dyed hair?

Jad London has not been shown to have any effect on coloured hair, however we recommend speaking to your colourist before purchasing if you are concerned.

Is this oil suitable for people with allergies?

We do not recommend using it if you have nut allergies.

Has the hair oil been tested?

Jad London hair oil has been tested and is fully certified. Stability checks have been carried out and have a complete CPRS report.
This is to make sure the oil is 100% safe to use on the scalp/beard/eyebrow

We have our CPRS report performed by Oxford Biosciences.

Can the oil be used during pregnancy?

We recommend asking your GP before using it and ensuring you patch test for 24 hours behind the ear.
